AEW and Former WWE Superstar Jon Huber passes away

In a tragic day for wrestling fans,All Elite Wrestling(AEW) superstar Brodie Lee also known as Luke Harper for his time in World Wrestling Entertainment(WWE), Jon Huber passes away due to a non Covid Lung Disease at the age of 41 on Sunday Morning.

Lee started his wrestling career in 2003 and went to wrestler for several Indie Promotion before joing WWE in 2012 under the name of Luke Harper. He would go on to enjoy a considerable amount of success in WWE being part of the Wyatt Family. In his time with WWE he won the NXT Tag Team Championship once with Erick Rowan and won the Smackdown Tag Team Championship twice, once with the Wyatt Family and again with Rowan with the formation of the Bludgeon Brothers. He also won the Intercontinental Championship during his tenure and was released in 2019 after his contract expired.

In 2020 he joined All Elite Wrestling under the name of Brodie Lee/Mr Brodie Lee and won the AEW TNT Championship once and his reign lasted for 56 days. His last offical match was with Cody.

Depsite playing the role of a villian on screen, he was a generous guy outside and was loved by all.
