The Magistrate Court in Mumbai have granted bail to Republic TV CEO Vikas Khanchandani in the Television Rating Points Manipulation case on Wednesday.
Khanchandani was arrested on Sunday by the Mumbai Police. He has been granted bail on cash surety of Rs 50,000 by Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Esplanade in Mumbai.
This comes after the sessions court Judge D E Kothalikar on December 14 made the observations while hearing Republic TV CEO anticipatory bail plea.
