The Supreme Court has ruled that the investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput case will be handed over to the CBI. Not just the late actor's family number but his fans from all over the world had been seeking for justice. The CBI team will be reaching Mumbai tomorrow(20th August 2020).
Breaking News:- Just after a few minutes the SC declared its verdict on SSR case, Maharashtra's CM Uddhav Thackeray has called for an emergency meeting just now.
The Supreme Court has given a judgment of 35 pages in this hearing and the SC has found the FIR registered in Patna to be correct. The court said that the Bihar government is capable of recommending an inquiry. The court has admitted and said that Mumbai Police did not investigate. Ultimately, the Supreme Court has completely handed over the case to the CBI. The court clearly said that if any further FIR is registered in this case, CBI will look into it.
